Catch Can Kits

Are you concerned about dirty EGR fumes clogging up your inlet manifold?
Ever wondered how you can avoid oily, sooty EGR fumes from clogging your engine?

It’s not as sexy as a new turbo. You’d be forgiven for even overlooking a catch can when modifying your vehicle.

We have seen an increase in problems with the Exhaust Gar Re-circulation (EGR) systems in common rail vehicles. In some cases, we have had to replace the entire head at a cost of over $4,000 to the owner, because clumps of soot have built up in the intake manifold, broken off and gone through the engine.

Other EGR related issues include decreased performance and increased fuel consumption.

Minimise soot and carbon build up in your manifold

As underrated as the catch can is, it’s a dead simple solution to a cleaner engine.

The oil catch can does as it sounds: catches oil to prevents it from re-entering your engine’s intake tract. For only a couple of hundred bucks, you’ll reap the benefits of a clean intake tract:

  • Longer lasting engine
  • Better performance
  • Better mileage
  • Cleaner engine internals
  • Less maintenance costs
  • Peace of mind
